My Favorite Things March Release Countdown | Day 1

Hello and welcome to day 1 of the My Favorite Things March 2017 release countdown. For the next five days we're counting down to the release of the newest products from MFT! I'm so excited to share all of the new products with you! ;)

For today's card I used the Home Sweet Home Die-namics along with the  No Place like Home stamp set for the sentiment.

I created a watercolour background first and once it was dry I added my diecut houses to the panel. I cut a tall and a short house and layered them together so it would like like one big house. I was kind of envisioning a beach and a lake in behind the house when I created the card. ;)

I stamped the sentiment onto a white stitched banner with black ink and I adhered it under the house coming from the right edge of the card and then I added some cleard sequins. I don't usually love soft pastel colours when I try to create with them, but I really like how the colours came together on this one.
